Doggo Detective - Week 8-9
While my teammates did their stuff, including fixing the animation issue, I added ‘BarkEvent’ colliders that would fire a user-defined UnityEvent upon being barked inside, as well as animators for Sammo himself so he could finally come alive. Finally, I made a variant of the Cameraman’s ‘take a picture’ animation that came with a trigger for his picture taking function, syncing it up to the animation.
I spent the next week fixing the Animator for the Cameraman, allowing them to take the photo. I was also instructed to add a visual for the opening narration. I was going to make a render, but I realised I could just use the camera already in the scene to show a wall with graffiti on, so I made just that. It worked perfectly!
